Session PC02: Enabling Environments: Adult/child interactions which promote curiosity, inquiry and creativity

A Twilight Session designed for all practitioners working in Early Learning and Childcare in East Lothian as part of a series of twilight sessions to build our ambition to be reflective practitioners dedicated to delivering the highest quality early learning experiences. The sessions provide an ideal opportunity to develop a partnership network and to share practice

Looking inwards: revise the skills that underpin curiosity, inquiry and creativity

Looking outwards:

    • Review what Building the Ambition says about promoting curiosity, inquiry and creativity
    • Analyse our role as practitioners in promoting curiosity, inquiry and creativity
    • Develop a greater understating of sustained shared thinking and what this looks like in practice.
