HSL012 Elementary Food Hygiene (Refresher Training)

Friday 10th November 2017 at 1:30pm to 5:00pm, Training room 1, Musselburgh East Community Learning Centre.

Designed for:

Staff based in East Lothian Schools who are involved in food preparation on a regular basis as part of their job role who wish to  update their food hygiene knowledge. Delegates attending this course must currently hold a REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent no more than 5 years old.

Course aim:

To provide delegates with theoretical information and practical advice in order to update their food hygiene knowledge
