This short workshop will give participants a basic understanding of coaching and how it can be used in professional conversations. The workshop will use the Professional Review & Development (PRD) meeting as an example of a professional conversation. Participants will gain practical experience of coaching during the workshop which will enable them to embark with confidence in preparing for and engaging in their PRD.
