Cancelling your place on a course

If you need to cancel your place on one of our courses, we really appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible (ideally at least 5 days).  This enables us to offer your place to someone on the reserve list, and advise the tutor of changes to the register.

If no notification of cancellation is received, your School or Team will be charged a non-attendance fee of £30 per person per course/session.  Charges will be made by ledger transfer shortly after the course has taken place and are non-refundable.

If you are likely to miss a course through sickness, advise your manager when you phone in.    Your manager should then notify us and if possible, identify a replacement from the School.

All cancellations must be e-mailed to the Training & Development Team.  This procedural change has arisen as a direct result of feedback received from Schools, and will ensure that both Schools and the Training & Development Team have a record of cancellations received.

When cancelling a place on a Course, please let us know the course details (reference/title), the name & designation of the delegate and a reason for cancellation
