Sales Assistant (Car Rental)

Easirent Car Rental – Edinburgh airport branch, are seeking a new team member for their very busy car rental branch.

The role will be to assist the branch manager with the day-to-day operation of the branch. This will entail:

Selling additional extras such as insurance, GPS, baby seats, etc..
Opening and closing the branch when the manager is off
Daily reports and stock allocation

Dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone and in person
Managing the team of vehicle valeting staff
Arranging vehicle maintenance
Recharging damaged vehicles to customers
Liaising with suppliers and arranging vehicle parts, repairs, etc..

If you wish to apply for this role, you must be:

  • Sales driven
  • Have held a clean driving licence for at least 2 years
  • Have demonstrable communication skills
  • Be able to manage a team
  • Be organised
  • Positive & have a sales – focussed attitude / outgoing personality
  • Reliable & trustworthy
  • Computer literate

Previous experience in car rental would be desirable, however this is not essential.

Rewards:

You will receive a salary of £16,000 p.a. plus excellent commission paid on every sale you make

Salary: £16,000.00 /year
