Parent Teacher Association

North Berwick High School Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Joining the North Berwick High School PTA has been a great experience: not only is it an opportunity to get involved and have fun with other parents, teachers and pupils but we also raise vital funds for our school.

Each year we hold a very successful Burns’ Supper for S6 pupils, parents and teachers. Last year we also held a super cinema night in Gullane, we provided much-needed refreshments at school concerts and we helped with House events. These are just some of our fundraising activities.

With the money raised last session, we managed to send the whole of S1 to the Highland Show, helped to pay for the pupils’ homework diaries and provided the school with much-needed equipment.

We hold around six informal meetings each session and every parent and carer is welcome to join us. If you do not want to join the committee, you may be happy to help out at an event. If you have any fundraising ideas or would like to come along and help in any way, just get in touch. We would love to see you!
