Each year the Economic Development Team organise the Saltire Festival (www.saltirefestival.com), which takes place at the end of November to celebrate St. Andrew’s Day. This is a series of family-friendly events, which celebrate all of the facets of Scottish culture – music, comedy, food and drink, history and the beautiful outdoors.
The full programme of events is available at www.saltirefestival.com.
