Building a tower to hold a creme egg

Today primaries 2-7 joined together for an Easter problem-solving challenge. In groups of 5, they had to build a tower as tall as possible, which would hold a creme egg without falling over. To achieve this, they used lots of different skills: collaboration, co-operation, reasoning, being adaptable, to name just a few. Not all towers were successful when we tried them out at the end, but some worked really well, and one was extremely tall!!
Well done everyone – it’s always lovely to see you working so well together.
