Today Primary 2/3 shared their work they have been doing since the Summer, with the rest of the school.
The children showed us a variety of different ways they have been learning; through pictures, photos, speech, dancing and singing.
The children learnt about skeletons, the bones inside our bodies, and why we really need them!! The children sang and danced to ‘Dem Bones, dem bones!”
They also told us about their project about the building of our new school, and how they visited the site.
They changed the lyrics of “Bob the Builder” to represent what they saw on their visit.
Thank you so much for sharing what you have been doing with us.
The website club has made some major improvements to the St. Marys school website.
The website used to be dull and boring but now we have a new banner and an opening slide show.
We have all done sterling work in making this website a lot better.
So far 655 people from all around the world have viewed our website, including people from Japan, Peru and Malaysia.
On behalf of the website club I would like to thank all the people who have posted comments on our site.
We really appreciate it.

The last few weeks have been very busy at St Mary’s. The hampers you kindly donated items to, have been delivered to nursing homes in Haddington. The children’s hampers this year were won by Charlie Smith, Hannah Hogg, Calum Rettie and Georgina Doctor.
Our Christmas concert at Knox Academy was a great success. The boys and girls did us proud as usual, their voices filling the large hall superbly.
We finished the term by holding our Christmas parties, a great way to round everything up.
We would like to wish you all a wonderful Christmas time.
