Dinosaur Drive

Over the last few weeks we have been working very hard to recognise and write numbers. Today, we used what we’ve learned to play a Dinosaur Drive game.

We had to roll a dice, count the spots and use the picture on the board to help us decide what we could draw on our dinosaur. Lots of concentration and fun! The finished dinosaurs looked amazing. 🙂

If you wanted to play some interactive games at home, here is a site to help your child learn about number six. I know most children can manage this…..but it’s good fun!
Click on the links to take you to a range of activities.

Mrs Jamieson, I am possibly being a bit thick (not an unusual occurrence) but I could only get the link to take me to games about the number 6. These all look great but I was wondering if there is any way to access other stuff too or will you be able to give us other links from time to time?

I have tried to find the home page for this website……but can’t! I think I came across it quite late at night and din’t take any notes. However, I do know that there are similar activities for all numbers within 10. As soon as I find the website, I’ll let you know!

Cheers.
