Making sandwiches on PhotoPeach

As part of our Scottish Food and Farming topic, we planted some cress seeds in a big pot of soil in the classroom, watered them every day and made sure the pot was sitting in the light. Today, we made cress, tomato and cucumber sandwiches with a choice of white or wholemeal bread. They were yummy!! We then washed our plates and Harry and Rory dried them for us – thank you boys! We will be moving on to our new topic next week, My Community, but will do a little more work on planting when the weather warms up a bit.
