We had great fun yesterday when a fencing instructor came in to school to let us all have a go at fencing.
He gave us leaflets about a club running in Haddington.

We have been working on electricity for a few weeks now. We made games and toys using our knowledge of electricity. Primary 7 came to visit us and played with our creations.

Today is the last day of our reading fortnight.

When our creations were complete we stuck labels on to show we knew which 3D objects we had used to make them.
They were on display at Parents’ Evening, then we shared them with P2. We told them all about the properties of our 3D objects.

We made lovely autumn leaves using tissue paper. We have started preparing a poem which we plan to read as a class at the harvest assembly 🙂
