Primary Games, Meadowmill

Yesterday P4 and P5 travelled to Meadowmill where we took part in the East Lothian Primary Games, along with almost 1000 children from across East Lothian. As well as having a great day out of school in amazing weather, we also had the opportunity to see the Queen’s baton for the Commonwealth Games, which arrived at Meadowmill in late morning.
By the end of the day, all the pupils had tried a variety of different sports, and many were quite pink, as the sun was really hot!
