This month we have made pancakes for Pancake Day. The babies enjoyed mixing together the ingredients, we allowed them to get messy and make marks in the flour. We ate the pancakes with jam for afternoon snack, yum! We have also been interested in filling and pouring and have brought  in the large tuff spot with different sized containers filled with water giving the children the opportunity to explore the properties of water. The children have also been exploring movement through dance, we have been listening to lots of action songs and joining in. This week we have created a bus for the children to use within the room as they particularly enjoy singing ‘The Wheels on the Bus’.
