Building Foundations for the Future!

We created our calendars by using our fine motor skills to print our fingers and hands to make four trees which symbolise the different seasons throughout the year. The donations from our calendars went towards ‘Cash for kids’.

Cruisers have been talking about the weather and wrapping up warm by wearing our jumpers, jackets, hats, gloves and scarves when going outside. When going out to the garden we encourage the children to put on all our outdoor wear.

Cruisers have continued to work on gentle hands and turn taking through out group activities, taking turns with the cars and waiting for their friends to finish reading a story.

We have been making fish by rolling cars and rollers through paint to make our new birthday display.

We have also been working on our gross motor skills and dancing to action songs. Our favourite has been ‘jumping jellybean’ and ‘sleeping bunnies’ where we are able to practice our fantastic jumping!

Cruisers have been transporting with the sand and water through the room using the buckets and cups.

We have started our fabulous Christmas pictures and gifts that will be going home during the month of December.

Our Christmas party is on Tuesday 16th December between 2.30-4pm. All children are welcome to attend.
