This month the Ladybirds have been busy celebrating Halloween with a range of activities. We’ve had slime in the water tray with pumpkins, where the children have been scooping the slime into the pumpkins. We also made black and white hand prints to make cats and pumpkins by potato printing! The children had green jelly for snack and we read various Meg and Mog stories for our story of the month . The Ladybird’s were also busy preparing for the Halloween fundraiser, making decorations and a table cloth.

We we have also been out on walks to collect leaves, conquers, and sticks for our heuristic tuff spot which we have been exploring! The children have also been exploring the leaves in the garden.

The ladybird’s also went on their first visit to the care home, where we got to meet the residents, while playing games, drawing and watching the fish swim!
