A few more photos to add to the Aberlady school trip to Traprain Law.
A huge well done to all of the pupils of primary 6 and 7 on a wonderful performance last night. You were all fantastic! Here are a few photos which were taken last night.
P7 have enjoyed exploring the outdoors on a couple of occasions this week. Earlier in the week, we went down to join the Aberlady Angles at the archaeological dig. What an exciting experience! The children enjoyed doing some digging of their own and then had fun learning about different artefacts.
This morning, we were joined in school by John Harrison, the Aberlady ranger. We then went down to our wonderful Wood of Wonder and began working on some ideas for creating our own nature fact sheets.
Many thanks to everyone involved.
As part of our project on Inspirational People, primary 7 enjoyed some African dancing today as part of the Mandela Sunshine programme.
They demonstrated good rhythm and co-ordination and very much enjoyed both the music and the moves!
Thanks Denise!
Primaries 5, 6 and 7 were problem solving out of doors on Monday, during our first Marvellous Monday. The children, in mixed groups, were given various problems and had to communicate with each other and work as a team in order to solve them.
