The sun sets now more southerly in the western sky, the call of the goose is loud across the Bay, and orange berries gleam bright upon that most prickly of bushes. Yes, it’s sea buckthorn hunting season again!
The next volunteer group will be on Wednesday (2nd Oct) when we will be back once again getting personally acquainted with the buckthorn. We’ll be removing both established sea buckthorn and regrowth in the dunes and, yes, we’ll have a fire! We will meet at 9.30am at the main car park and be finished by 3pm, as usual.
Please let me know if you can make it along.
