Sea Buckthorn and Cookout on Wednesday (4th Dec)

The weather will be delightful
And the fire, large and frightful
So there’s only one place to go…

We’ll be taking some sea buckthorn out at the reserve this Wednesday but mostly, as tradition dictates and as a thank you for all your efforts this year, we’ll be cooking things on the fire for us to eat. With the season of goodwill to all just about upon us, my boss has given me some money to buy food. So, there will be enough food for us all (meat and veggie) to be cooked on the fire (meat and rolls, baked tatties, veg things, etc,…). Even homemade Christmas pudding! Let me know if you have any recommendations for things I can get and feel free to bring along anything extra on the day that you’d like to cook on the fire.
Please let me know if you think you can make it so I have an idea for catering porpoises. Meet at 9.30am and finish by 3pm in the car park, as usual.

Looking forward to a fun day and hope to see lots of you there.
