Thank Ewes

Well, thank hoggs to be more precise, but that’s less funny. We said goodbye to our young Hebridean sheep at the end of March. They have done an excellent job grazing down the grasslands over the autumn and winter, as part of a long-term grazing scheme to improve the grasslands for plants and animals. A highly capable team of volunteers helped out with the round-up and we learned a lot from our graziers, who were very generous in imparting their knowledge.
