Aberlady Bay Local Nature Reserve is a safe place to volunteer. There are generally no great dangers and risk of serious injury is low (there have been no cases of lion-attack thus far, for example). There are, however, a few things that volunteers should be aware of to make their time at the nature reserve all the more enjoyable. Click on the links below or the drop-down menus above to find out more. Relevant information on health and safety will be covered by the Warden before volunteers commence work.
