National Assistance Helpline

The Scottish Government has recently established a National Assistance Helpline for people who are:

  • disabled 
  • receiving mental health support 
  • have dementia 
  • over 70 years old 
  • pregnant 
  • receiving the flu vaccine for health reasons

The helpline is dedicated to helping those who cannot leave their home and who cannot get help online.

The number is 0800 111 400 and the line is open Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
