Hello, how are you today?

This message is for people who are finding life a bit challenging at the moment.  If that is not you, great news. 🙂

Sometimes when we are struggling the most important thing we should focus on is self-preservation.  It’s ok to protect yourself and your needs: whether that means saying no to something we’d usually say yes to, leaving an event early, renegotiating obligations or expectations.  Or asking someone for help.  Do what you can to keep going and make it through one day at a time.  And if that is all you can do, that is more than enough.
