From Caitlin Rodgers, Manager, CHANGES Community Health Project
I’m getting in touch to update you on the current service provision at CHANGES.
Our staff and volunteer team have worked hard to ensure that support has been available throughout the period of covid19 restrictions. We are delighted to be restarting a number of groups, courses and activities. Some activities are able to take place outdoors and others online/by telephone. One to one therapy continues to be offered by telephone/online with a small face to face provision now restarted.
Please see the poster at the top of this article for further information. Anyone over 16, living in, or registered with a GP in East Lothian, can self-refer by calling 0131 653 3977. Calls will be answered Mon-Fri 10am – 2pm. There is not the facility to leave messages but if the line is busy, please try again and your call will be answered. Alternatively, please email email@example.com if you have an enquiry.
East Lothian’s First Response Service is available for anyone experiencing a crisis or struggling to cope. Telephone appointments are available morning or afternoon, Mon to Fri. To book an appointment call/text 07966 526 452 and leave a message with your name and number.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions regarding the above.
Best wishes, Caitlin
