Job Title: Office Junior
Reports To: Head of Marketing/Head of Customer Support
Location: North Berwick
PROFILE:
One Year No Beer are looking for an Office Junior to join our passionate, fast-paced and energetic team. This isn’t your typical office job, we are really passionate about having fun whilst working hard to transform the worlds relationship with alcohol.

This is a new entry-level role, perfect for a candidate who is perhaps leaving school and is ready to jump into the world of work as all training will be provided.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to bring lots of personality and a willingness to complete their regular responsibilities, as well as taking on ad-hoc projects.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

· Manage community access to the Facebook group and Slack community
· Manage community removal tasks on a daily basis
· Action account deletion requests
· Action direct debit fail process
· Support the Customer Service team in responding to customer enquiries
· Research and collate information
· Assist the Head of Marketing and marketing team
· Mail duties, including scanning, logging, tracking and filing
· Photocopying, printing and indexing documents
· Data entry
