You will provide student-centred information, advice, guidance and support, mostly by phone and email; assisting with enquiries about our courses, fees and financial support through to the administration of their registration. You’ll also support students with a wide range of queries while they are on their course.
You will be able to communicate effectively, by phone and in writing and have recent experience of working in a customer facing environment.
