SALARY: up to £21,000 depending on your skills and experience.
We have opportunities to join our Contact Centre where you’ll be handling 40 – 60 calls per day dealing with a range of pension queries from Standard Life customers. This is not your typical call centre role – our queries are often complex and in-depth. Using your first class communication skills, you’ll be responsible for making the complex simple for our customers, whether that is over the phone or by email. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers are equipped with all of the information they need to make the right decision regarding their pension policies. There are no sales involved in this role, what’s important is your ability to have great conversations with our customers in a confident, friendly and professional manner.
