To help you learn about each of the AHP roles, we’ve launched 3 new careers resources, in partnership with NHS Education for Scotland! These resources include an animation, a downloadable careers guide, and a poster, explaining who AHPs are and what they do.
Your chance to hear directly from those working in Scotland’s land-based, aquaculture and environmental conservation sector about the rewarding careers on offer.
Our online event is ideal for anyone interested in finding out more about careers within our sector including careers advisers, teachers, Developing the Young Workforce staff, students, parents or career changers.
The event has been structured so that you can stay for the whole day or attend sessions you’re interested in finding out more about.
One of the joys of doing this kind of work is meeting former students and hearing about their journeys and this one is very interesting. Join us as we hear from Matthew on navigating his way around course, career and changes since leaving North Berwick High School in 2010.
Our annual, and very popular, NBHS Career Evening returns. This is a whole school event where we welcome all year groups (S1-S6) to attend. We will have over 30 employers from a variety of industries willing to provide advice for applications, ideas, opportunities and much more!
