On Wednesday 14th May, Jackalyn and Alexis, both P6, represented the school at the cluster round of the Little and Large cooking competition held at Preston Lodge High School.
At the competition they were given a menu that they hadn’t seen to prepare. They made stuffed crust pizzas and salad followed by blueberry cheese cake. The judges were impressed by their attention to detail and their piping skills.
Jackalyn and Alexis won this round and will now take part in the East Lothian final to be held at Knox Academy on Thursday 22nd May.
Congratulations to them both and good luck for the final!
