P 5/6 Watersports
P5/6 will be going to Watersports
Eco Week
Our Eco-week starts on Tuesday 20th April. All classes will contribute ideas and events to this week.
P7 visit Preston Lodge
All P7 pupils in the cluster are going to Preston Lodge High School to take part in an enterprise activity. The visit will take place on Wednesday 10th March from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm. The event is Enterprise is the Business and will be led by Entrepreneurme. The children will work in mixed groups from all the cluster primaries. This event is part of the transition process.
P6/7 Fair Trade Afternoon Tea
P6/7 are holding a Fair Trade Afternoon Tea next Thursday, March 4th, at 2pm in our school assembly hall for parents/guardians of P6 children.
Christmas lunch
Christmas lunch will be served.
Streetjam
All children from P1 to P7 will have a session with Streetjam
P5 and 6 Orienteering
Children from P5 and P6 are going to West Barns to go orienteering. They will go in 3 groups throughout the day.
Talent show for Sick kids’ hospital
On Thursday afternoon there will be a talent show in aid of funds for the Sick Kids Hospital in Edinburgh. Auditions have been held and the finalists will perform to the whole school. Children not taking part in the talent show will be able to ‘dress down’ in their pyjamas, dressing gowns and slippers for a donation of at least 50p. The whole event has been organised by P7 girls.
