Details of the Scottish Seabird Centre Easter holiday activities are listed below, and see event poster here. Tickets for all these events are FREE for kids (small charge for accompanying adults), but booking is required as numbers are limited. LIVE SCIENCE SHOW: WaaatttsZaaap!
Egghead has some great new gadgets and toys but no batteries! He needs some clean power from renewables and perhaps using turbines and tides or turning the sun into fun might just help? Join us to find out more.

LIVE SCIENCE SHOW: Animal Avengers
Taking inspiration form a whole host of superheroes, Professor Egghead will show audiences how animals can defend themselves from attack in weird and wonderful ways. From exploding ants, squirting octopi to spitting birds, you can decide who is the best animal avenger.

Puppet Show: What’s for Snack
An interactive puppet show with Craig the Crab. With sing-a-long fun, our young visitors will be asked to help Craig, as he has eaten some marine litter by mistake.

Seaside Storytelling

Active schools – Nursery Mini Kickers

Nursery Mini Kickers Football Classes Available to Book from 6pm on Wed 1st Feb

Nursery Mini Kickers Football classes will be available to book from 6pm on Wednesday 1st February. These beginner Football sessions offer an ideal opportunity to give Football a go and start to learn the fundamentals and develop their agility, balance and coordination skills, all while getting active and having fun with friends.

Classes start at Port Seton Community Centre on Thursday 9th February.

Free Access to Paid Activities

All Active Schools activities are free to all. Active East Lothian activities have a fee, however, are free to children who are care experienced, young carers, and/or registered for free school meals with East Lothian Council. All support is delivered confidentially.

To confirm you qualify and to receive your promo code for free access to paid activities, please email ssands@elcschool.org.uk. Your promo code should be used when booking paid Active East Lothian activities online at checkout. If you have previously received a promo code, this is still valid and can be used for new bookings.
