If your school is either interested in OR currently working towards the Unicef Rights Respecting Schools Award (RRSA) you’ll definitely want to come along to the two-part Inscool twilight workshop! Taking place across two twilight sessions on the 7th and 14th of November, the workshop will be co-facilitated by local RRSA co-ordinators.
Unicef have provided their full support to Inscool in the knowledge that the project themes and ambitions within Scottish education are directly linked to the tasks and challenges schools currently undertake on their RRSA journey.
What’s on offer?
Inscool can bring rich benefits to both you as a practitioner and to your school as a whole. Here are just a few of reasons to get involved:
- Be the first school in Scotland to use a brand new resource, featuring a step-by-step guide for your school to adapt and use in your own context
- Take a trip to Brussels, meet other schools across Europe and celebrate your RRSA work
- Access to free workshops for your learners, tailored to your RRSA priorities and facilitated by expert Inscool partners (a great opportunity to build long-term relationships with community-based partners here in Scotland!)
- Gain professional recognition in a related area (Scotdec staff are experienced in mentoring you through this process if you choose to do so
