Training for West OS for ELC Teaching Staff on 24th February at 3.30pm
Accessed via Glow, West OS is a user friendly and secure platform which learners can also access independently to support their own learning and revision across the curriculum.
This online library of recorded learning episodes created by Scottish teachers can provide varied learning experiences for children and young people. These recorded lessons can be prescribed by teachers to complement the learning experiences planned for remote learning and in this way help to reduce staff workload.
Although parents cannot directly access West OS within Glow themselves, you may wish to raise awareness of this resource to encourage parents to interact with it at home to support their child’s learning.
