Walk to School Week 3rd – 7th October

Hi, we’re Alice and Torri, the new Junior Road Safety Officers. We want to tell you that it’s walk to School Week this week, 3rd to 7th October. Please try and walk, scooter, skate or cycle to school if you can. If you live further away, why not park and stride to school! Remember, be bright be seen!!
We will be launching an exciting new competition soon, so watch out for more details!

Rachael Hamilton MSP visits P6/7

Ruby “This week I enjoyed it when Rachael Hamilton came in and talked to us, telling us lots of fantastic facts.”


Charlie “I have learned that it is a hard, tiring and fun job to be a politician.”

Lennox “I learned that at the chamber, you can go to a room where you can chillax!”


Phoebe “Each politician has a pod that they can think in. Rachael Hamilton was really friendly, I though she was going to be stricter.”

Angus “It was interesting to learn how a debate is made in Parliament.”
