Cultural Change Strategy

I had a good meeting with Clare O'Sullivan this morning about the coaching programme we've been running this term. The feedback from participants has been stunning and we explored who we could develop this in the coming session – hopefully more news to follow on this important development.

In the course of our discussion Clare queried how we go about cultural change in the department. This was just the stimulus I needed to pick up in the work I had started at the Belfast Conference. I go on holiday in a couple of weeks and although I have a few appointments and meetings over the next fortnight I intend to set out some ideas for a cultural change strategy using the
multiple metaphor model..
