I’m very lucky to have such a varied and challenging job.  Today proved no exception with a meeting from 8.30-10.00 about Dunbar primary School Provision with parents, councillors and other officers; then out to Prestonpans Infant School to watch some classes (I’ll post about these later); back to the office to speak to two colleagues from the Musical Instruction Service to explore how we promote links between their service and education; then a meeting with two primary headteachers and three colleagues from the office to discuss our emerging target setting for pupils and schools; then out to Dunbar for an Ideas Forum.

Progress made on all fronts!
