Thanks to all those who came to the P1 Parent and Pupil Coffee Morning. There was a lovely atmosphere and the wonderful artwork by the children is now on display outside the assembly hall. It made a small amount of money too, although that was not the aim – the aim was to give parents with children starting the school chance to get to know each other a little better. Dunbar Parent Council would love this to become an annual event, so the leftover money will be used to help run it again around the same time next year. Cheers to the staff and parent helpers who gave their time to ensure all went smoothly. Phew!
