P4 have been developing their learning about Australia by learning about the Aboriginal people. We looked at their beautiful artworks and created our own in the same style. We also listened to some Aboriginal music and looked at their handmade instruments. We had a go at making our own clap sticks using our woodworking skills. We cut our wood to size carefully using a saw, smoothed the wood using sandpaper and then decorated them in a traditional style. Next we have to learn how to play them! Great work P4.
