This week in P3 we have been enjoying new challenges for Maths Scotland Week. We have been out in the playground using things we could find to create a picture of the 2x table. We have also played outdoor games matching questions and answers together. We used Maths in our topic work to explore how many blocks would be needed to build pyramids of different heights. This got tricky the taller we wanted our pyramids to be. This helped us appreciate how amazing the real pyramids in Egypt are and how much Maths has been used in building them.
