Here’s the latest news from Glow’s Operations Manager, Joan Martin:
We’re putting our plan together at the moment, but the work is likely to include the usual maintenance tasks such as hotfix updates, firmware upgrades, and physical work at the Datacentres. In addition, we’re intending to carry out resilience testing in line with our business continuity testing plans.
We’re planning to make Glow unavailable for the five day period from Fri 22 Jul to Tue 26 Jul inclusive.
Obviously we will look to minimise email downtime and would expect that Glow Mail will be available from Mon 25 Jul, accessible via the direct URL rather than via the portal.
