We work with many theatre companies to deliver performances and workshops at The Brunton for schools and communities. Some of these companies have produced online content for download to keep theatre alive while we are in lockdown.

Birds Of Paradise
Birds of Paradise Theatre Company is seeking young disable people who have a passion for the performing arts and would like to get involved in a new project.
BOP Young Artists is an artist development opportunity aimed at young disabled people who have experienced barriers in taking part in other artist development opportunities due to an impairment and the barriers they experience. It will see a group of 4-6 young disabled people being supported to engage in training and development opportunities digitally, which are designed specifically to support and develop their interests in the performing arts.

National Theatre
The National Theatre and national theatre live have launched National Theatre at Home where they will be streaming the best of their filmed productions EVERY Thursday on YouTube for FREE.

PLATFORM’S FREE TAKING PART ONLINE PROGRAMME – JOIN US FOR PERFORMANCE WORKSHOPS, ART AND SINGING!
We’ve taken some of our Taking Part activities online and these are open and available to anyone who would like to join in. There’s something for all ages across drama workshops, music and visual art – and all activities are free!
