Victoria O’Neill

Victoria O’Neill is an associate instructor with Outdoor Learning Service with responsibility for First Aid and Mental Health training. Alongside this she works part time as a primary school teacher and also runs her own training company. Victoria has many years experience in the First Aid sector, having been an instructor and event first aider for British Red Cross and a first responder with Scottish Ambulance Service. In addition to her training and assessing role, she also works as a Qualifications Verifier for the Scottish Qualifications Authority, where she has responsibility for approving and externally verifying first aid training providers.

Victoria continues to support the campaign for compulsory CPR training and runs regular community CPR awareness events for British Heart Foundation. When not washing bandages or pegging out manikin faces, she can be found walking along the beach or frittering about the garden.
