Funny Face Photo Frames

Crazy!  Ridiculous! Imaginative! Hilarious! Bizarre! Entertaining! Colourful!  It was all happening here at Elphinstone Primary on Friday 13th! Everyone was doing something funny for money for Red Nose Day! Everywhere you turned, there was a very funny face!

Thank you for your support. From the sale of red noses and your generous donations, we raised £140! On Thursday’s assembly, the pupils watched a video on how Comic Relief helps children in Zambia to go to school. Your money will enable  more children to get an education.

What do you most enjoy about reading?

Look through the photos below to read our responses.

Farewell Ailsa!

This was Ailsa’s last day at Elphinstone. We said goodbye with a song, some cake, and a wee boogie before Ailsa walked under our P1-7 Elphinstone tunnel amid loud cheers and with the old school handbell ringing in her ears!

YMI Music Workshop

P1-7, enjoyed a whole school music workshop. Every child was given an instrument and had great fun joining in with the music fun with ‘feeling the beat’ and ‘getting into the groove’!  Our visitors from YMI were great at involving everyone and it was a brilliant afternoon!
