This afternoon Shonagh from the Arts Service came to help us make up a story all of our own. Our story was called The Selfish Queen….

Our 2 days of being in our classes for next year have come to an end. We had such a fantastic time and after the holiday we will make a fabby P1/2 class.

Well done to all the boys and girls from the nursery who have been big P1’s this week. You have done a fab job and would have fooled anyone into thinking you were already P1. We all seem really excited about moving onto our new stage 🙂

I also need to say a huge THANK YOU to our current P1’s who have been pretending to be P2’s. You have made fantastic role models!

Yesterday afternoon we buddied up with the P6/7’s and did some weeding over in the quiet corner. We have had some new bark delivered and need to make sure the area is as weed free as possible before we put it down. We also had some very green fingered parent volunteers helping to cut back some of the overhanging bushes and trees around the quiet corner.

Today is the start of our Eco week. We have lots of jobs to do in and about our garden. When we have a break from working on the garden we are having fun out and about. Today we made some art using our garden environment for inspiration! The pictures we made turned out great!! Thank you Miss Callender and P6/7 for the idea 🙂
