Pots of Care

As you know on Wednesday 1st April we are celebrating YELLOW day to help raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Months ago when it was very cold we planted bulbs. Now they have grown into beautiful flowers. We have decorated slips for our pots to make them bright and colourful.

We will care for our daffodils just like the Marie Curie Nurses care for their patients.

Spring Artwork

The winter FINALLY seems to be retreating and making way for spring. Today we are making some bright and colourful spring flower pictures and we are working on some other spring artwork using some natural materials. We can’t wait to share the finished products with you all!

Ormiston Grows

We took part in a whole school project to make wormeries with Liz and Tim from Ormiston Grows! Some of us didn’t like the idea of touching the worms …EEWW! We can’t wait to look at them in a few weeks to see how the worms have mixed up the different materials.

We Are SOOO Proud of Faith!

100_2480Faith brought this beautiful card and letter in to show us. It was from the Royal Hospital for Sick Kids in Edinburgh thanking Faith for raising £373 for Calareidh Respite House. They are going to use the money raised to buy treats and pay for outing for the children.

WELL DONE FAITH! We are so proud of you.
