We received a donation of 500 crocus bulbs from the rotary club in December 2010 and set out to sprinkle some colour around the school.

The E-Ross pupils planted some in the raised beds.

Here’s how the garden looks at the end of June 2011!

Our ‘Enterprise through Craft’ Squad spent another winter working hard on building raised beds to frame and shelter the pond area.

They look fantastic and will soon be the home for apple, pear and plum trees, and rasperry and blackcurrant bushes.

The whole teams effort was recognised, and everyone earned a prestigious Head Teachers Certificate. Well done and thanks for all your brilliant work 🙂
