How many moods can you think of?
Here’s a list to help you: happy, angry, excited, surprised, tired, worried, sad, confused, scared, calm,
Draw a picture for each feeling and label it. You can add more if you can think of any.
Make a name label or draw a picture for each person in the house (they might want to make their own).
Check in every morning. Put your name label or picture on the mood. Today I feel … (encourage your family to do the same).
If your mood changes during the day, move your label to that mood. Tell someone why you feel like that? It might help you to move back to feeling better.
