Our Parent Council has a constitution (a list of rules and procedures that set out how we work). We would like to change our constitution and we have to let all parents at the school know about this before we do it. If you disagree with the changes we want to make, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com to tell us why. If we don’t hear from you by 30 November 2013, we will assume you agree with the changes.
The main change we want to make is to change our name from Haddington Infant School Parent Partnership to Haddington Infant School Parent Council. The other minor changes we would like to make are highlighted in the attached Constitution document .
The full draft minutes of the Parent Council’s final meeting this session, held on 14 May 2013, are available here. The next meeting will be the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held in September. The date will be advertised here as soon as it has been agreed.
