P5/6/7 Dance Workshop

This week P5/6/7 took part in a dance workshop. This related to our learning about John Muir.
The children had to show how different animals move just by using their own bodies. They then put these moves together to make short dance sequences.
Everyone took part fully and really enjoyed themselves.

P1/2 Road Safety

P1/2 had a road safety week. We learned all about finding a safe place to cross, as well as how to use the Green Cross Code to cross the road.
A good website you can use at home is with lots of fun activities to reinforce the important safety messages.

A Busy Week In P3/4

We have had a really busy week doing some lovely activities.

We have planted daffodils to raise money for Marie Curie.

Lorna Bunney from Dunbar Library came to read a Scottish poem to us as part of Book Week.

Sida and his parents travelled back to Scotland for his graduation and called in to see us.

Children In Need on PhotoPeach

This morning the children in P1-P7 have had lots of fun doing various activities. They each paid £1 to take part in a choice of 4 activities, including face painting, nail painting, tattoos, biscuit decorating, coin drop and arts and crafts. A great time was had by all, raising money for a good cause!
