Due to the recent departure of Mrs Lynn and the temporary departure of Miss Lumsden, who has gone on Maternity leave, interviews recently took place at Innerwick Primary School.
After the Easter holidays, Miss Bell will be class teacher for P1/3, Miss Binnie will be class teacher for P4/7 and Mrs Kellock will be temporary Nursery Teacher in our nursery class.
We also say goodbye to Miss Adams who has been temporarily teaching the pupils of P4/7. We wish her well in her future teaching career and look forward to seeing her when she comes back with her baby!
We wish all of them well!
Mrs Lynn who has been a class teacher at Innerwick Primary School for over 20 years will sadly be leaving the school on Friday 16th January 2009.
Mrs Lynn has earned a well deserved promotion and will be moving to another school in East Lothian.
The staff, parents, carers, pupils and friends of Innerwick Primary School wish her all the very best in her new position and hope that she keeps in contact with us.
There will be an assembly for Mrs Lynn in school on Friday 16th January at 11.00am
We would like to wish all parents, carers and friends of Innerwick Primary School a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We look forward to seeing the children when school resumes at 8.50am on Monday 5th January 2009 for all pupils.

The school recently received a donation for taking part in an Engineering Challenge and it was agreed that some of this would be used to purchase some small trees and shrubs for planting in the vast school garden.
One tree was purchased for each child and they all spent a cold, wintry Friday morning having fun digging holes in the muddy garden and planting their plants!
The garden is starting to look fantastic now and we are all looking forward to the trees and shrubs blossoming and flowering in the months and years to come.
We would like to say a BIG Thank You to everybody who supported the school at the recent Party Lite Candle Party.
A total of £88.00 was raised from Candle Sales, the Raffle and from the Sale of the Squares.
Thank you again, your support is very much appreciated.
